Travel & Accommodations

Capri is a small island, and June is peak season, so we recommend booking travel and accommodations as early as possible. Hotel availability for summer 2026 is now open (with a few hotels opening up later this month)! Flights to Italy

We recommend flying into Naples International Airport, which is a 20-minute drive to the ferry port that takes you to Capri.

Alternatively, you can fly into Rome International Airport and take the train to Naples before catching the ferry (about 2 hours).

Rome to Naples

If you fly into Rome, you'll need to take the train to Naples. The train directly from the airport is about two hours and the train from Rome's city center is closer to an hour.

Naples to Capri

Once you arrive in Naples (either by flight or train), you'll take the ferry to Capri. From the Naples airport and train station, ubers / taxis are readily available to take you to the ports. You can take the ferry from Molo Beverello or Calata Porta di Massa — both are 20 minutes from the airport. We recommend booking the ferry ahead of time given ferry tickets at peak times can sell out in advance.

Arriving in Capri

Once you arrive in the port of Capri (Marina Grande), you'll need to make your way to Capri town at the top of island. There are two ways to get to the Piazzetta — the funicular (public transport train) or a taxi. The funicular is €3, takes five minutes, and is easily accessible from the port. Taxis are ~€25 and will take about ten minutes — you can find the taxi stand to the right of the ferry drop off point.

Accommodations

We haven't reserved a room block, as Capri hotels require lengthy minimum stays for blocks, but we've provided some recommended hotels below to give you the freedom to choose what works best for your travel plans. We recommend staying in Capri town near the Via Camerelle, which is home to the best shopping and restaurants on the island and is easily walkable to our Welcome Party and Ceremony venues. All recommended hotels are in Capri town and within five minutes walking of each other.

Hotel availability for summer 2026 will open up in September / October 2025. We encourage you to book as early as possible, as summer availability fills quickly!
